Disease Modelling for Precision Child Health: Today, Tomorrow and Beyond
In this seminar, I will discuss the importance of disease models in precision child health:
1) aid in the diagnosis of rare genetic disorders
2) study their molecular mechanisms and aid in the development of therapeutics
3) apply the unique lessons we learn from these patients to disorders affecting the broader population.
