Abstract:
Over the last decade, our lab has developed approaches to analyze large, heterogeneous collections of public data to identify patterns relevant to various biological and disease processes. With the increasing interest in biological foundation models, this talk is a look back at what we’ve learned (and haven’t learned) from such work.
