Abstract: Circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) holds tremendous promise for transforming patient outcomes in colorectal cancer. However, its ability to drive progress and improve survival depends on proper implementation and clinical integration. We’ll explore the diverse applications of ctDNA, from early detection to risk stratification for guiding adjuvant therapy to personalizing treatment for metastatic disease. We will also discuss current challenges and possible solutions to support integrating this technology into the Canadian healthcare system.
