Bioinformatics and computational biology, Functional genomics and systems biology, Metabolism, Mass spectrometry, Proteomics and proteins
We study systems-level molecular changes in health and disease using experimental and bioinformatic methods. In our research, we develop open-source algorithms to analyze mass spectrometric data and integrate it with other omics data using network analysis, machine learning and signal processing.
