Bioinformatics, Computational biology, Human disease, Mass spectrometry, Metabolomics, Proteomics

We study systems-level molecular changes in health and disease using experimental and bioinformatic methods. In our research, we develop open-source algorithms to analyze mass spectrometric data and integrate it with other omics data using network analysis, machine learning and signal processing.
