My laboratory seeks to understand the pathogenic mechanisms of and develop therapies for childhood muscle diseases. We combine gene discovery and model systems research to define disease pathology and identify treatments. Our favourite model system is the zebrafish, and we are interested in the role of endolysosomes in muscle biology.
