We study global metabolic changes and map new metabolites in different phenotypes using mass spectrometry and bioinformatic methods. Our research focuses on the development of strategies for novel metabolite characterization and metabolic rewiring to expand our view of metabolic pathways, and their impact on cell function, in health and disease.
