Cell biology, Developmental biology, Mouse models, Imaging and microscopy, Protein-protein, DNA-protein, and RNA-protein interactions, Signalling
In the Hopyan lab, we are interested in discovering new mechanisms by which mammalian organ primordia form. We're interested in identifying the basic biophysical rules that move cells, shape tissues, and rearrange chromatin, and how signalling pathways modify those processes.
