Biosketch
Kimberly Amburgey received a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009. She was certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling in 2011. Kimberly began working in the pediatric neuromuscular clinic at the University of Michigan in 2009 and joined the Division of Neurology at the Hospital for Sick Children in 2013. Her special interests include neuromuscular disorders and clinical research. She is actively involved in the University of Toronto MSc Program in Genetic Counselling as a clinical supervisor and lecturer.
