Dr. Riyana Babul-Hirji Recognized for Excellence in Graduate Teaching and Mentorship

A founding faculty member of U of T’s MSc Program in Genetic Counselling, Dr. Babul-Hirji is known for her leadership in inclusive education, her mentorship of students and colleagues, and her continued work as a genetic counsellor at SickKids. This recognition highlights her lasting impact on graduate education, equity, and professional training in genetic counselling.
