Keynote Speaker
Dr. Pinay Kainth, Executive Director Medical Affairs, and Career Coach
Dr. Pinay Kainth is a distinguished MoGen alumnus whose career reflects broad and accomplished leadership across the life‑sciences sector. He has held roles in medical writing, medical science liaison functions, and medical advisory leadership, and currently serves as Executive Director, Medical Affairs, where he oversees strategic initiatives supporting innovation in rare diseases. Dr. Kainth is also the co‑author of Making a Successful Transition from Academia to Industry: Practical Advice for Academics in Science and Medicine, an important resource for early‑career scientists exploring industry pathways. In his address, Dr. Kainth will draw on his extensive professional experience to provide evidence‑based guidance, practical tools, and strategic insights to support our trainees in transitioning into and building impactful and fulfilling careers in industry.
