I am interested in applying open science and structural and chemical biology approaches to uncover functions for "lesser-studied" human proteins, particularly those that might be targets for new drugs. The commitment to open science in our discovery work is enabling us to develop a science and business framework that will allow us to develop new medicines in the open and without patents, so new medicines can be priced fairly and made available to all.
