Jeanna McCuaig obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Science degree in Genetic Counselling from the University of Toronto. She is certified by both the Canadian and  American boards of genetic counselling. She has both research and clinical roles in the Familial Breast & Ovarian Cancer Clinic at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre as well as the Elizabeth Raab Neurofibromatosis clinic. Jeanna has a particular interest in clinical research and has been authored several scientific papers related to hereditary cancer. She is an active member of the Canadian Association of Genetic Counsellors (CAGC) and was awarded the CAGC New Leader award in 2015. Currently, she is the Senior Manager, Diagnostics – Oncology at AstraZeneca Canada.
