MoGen Graduate Students:
Are you thinking about your next steps after your graduate studies, seeking guidance, support and personal growth? It is never too early to plan and prepare, and there is new support for this: MoGen Career Connections, our brand new mentoring program for graduate students. We will take a group of 20 students through a series of meetups and workshops, provide you with opportunities for learning and reflection, and support you to connect with a mentor. Mentors will be MoGen alumni and other professionals who are willing to share their experience with you.
The goals:
You will explore your personal goals and develop your career plan.
You will receive individual, personal guidance from a mentor.
You will develop tools and skills that will help make the transition from grad school into your career of choice successful.
Through regular one-on-one meetings, workshops, and engaging events, your MoGen Career Connections team and your mentor will provide personalized support, advice, and encouragement tailored to your unique needs.
