- NMR spectroscopy of supra-molecular complexes including the proteasome, nucleasome and chaperone systems.
- NMR spectroscopy of transiently and sparsely populated conformational states of proteins.
- Development of NMR spectroscopy methods for the study of protein structure and dynamics.
