Two Molecular Genetics Researchers at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) awarded the Janet Rossant Research Innovation Prize in 2020

Molecular Genetics Faculty James Ellis, Stephen Scherer, alongside SickKids researchers Seema Mital, Binita Kamath, Norman Rosenblum and Steve Prescott are winners of the Janet Rossant Research Innovation Prize in 2020. Their efforts and research on iPS technology highlights the breath of collaboration and precision health research within SickKids.  

The significant achievement in their research, published in Stem Cell Reports, which also included collaborators from UofT (Michele Anderson, Juan C. Zuniga-Pflucker, and Michael Szego) highlights the exciting and innovative work that is going on in the SickKids research community.
