MoGen at Science Rendezvous 2026

The Department of Molecular Genetics participated in this year’s community science outreach event with a team of 19 volunteers, including students and trainees from across the department. Visitors of all ages explored hands-on activities, including banana DNA extraction, building DNA molecules from candy, and pipette racing, offering an interactive introduction to genetics and molecular biology.
